I have extensive experience working with individuals facing addiction, PTSD, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Existential and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I will always meet you where you are, and together, we will determine the best way to approach your healing journey.
